Thanks for shopping with us! Below are our delivery options, fees, and timelines so you know what to expect.
Delivery Options
We offer two delivery types:

Same-day delivery — Metro Manila only.

Orders placed before 3:00 PM (Philippine Time) will be dispatched the same day.

Orders placed at or after 3:00 PM will be dispatched the next business day.

Delivery fee is NOT covered by the store — customers pay the same-day delivery fee directly to the delivery personnel upon arrival.

Logistics Delivery (Metro Manila & Provincial Areas)
This option is available for both Metro Manila and all areas outside Metro Manila. Delivery timelines and fees vary based on location and package size.-
Metro Manila (Logistics Delivery):
Delivery usually takes 1 to 3 business days.
The delivery fee is ₱85 for small orders and ₱220 for bulky orders. -
Provincial Areas (Outside Metro Manila):
Delivery usually takes 3 to 5 business days.
The delivery fee is ₱150 for small orders and ₱250 for bulky orders.

Order Size Definitions
To help determine shipping fees:

Small orders are light or compact items, usually packaged in a single standard box.

Bulky orders are large, heavy, or oversized items.

If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or no recipient available, any additional re-delivery fees charged by the courier will be the customer’s responsibility.
